In 1995 he created Expansion Ventures, Inc. which is a consulting firm dedicated to dental specialists. The primary orientation of Expansion Ventures is practice growth.

Practice growth is tied to marketing, staff, management, case presentation, and many other aspects dental practice. For this reason, Expansion Ventures offers a wide range of consulting in all areas of specialist dentistry. As Mr. Bristol says, "Our goal is to help each client with their individual needs to ensure not only expansion but an improved quality of practice."

George Bristol also pioneered the idea of joint venture consulting where his fees are directly tied to the actual growth of the client's practice. Expansion Ventures favors this idea of a win-win partnership between itself and its clients.
