In 1976,
the firm of Steven Tomczak & Associates, Inc. was established
by Steven Tomczak, Ph.D.
In 1981, George Bristol joined
Steven and they formulated the basic theories of referral development through
relationship building.
In 1995,
George and Steven sat down and took a long look at the firm they
had created. It was large and clients were happy, but something
was lacking.
The question was, "How
could we work with fewer clients, have a higher quality of life,
and provide even better rewards for our clients?"
The Answer we
found was to start forming Joint Ventures instead of consulting
on a fee-for-service basis! Joint Ventures were formed with
periodontists across the country. As they grew, a percentage
of the monies over their original baseline began being shared with
us. This concept has worked very well for both our clients
and ourselves.

the firm's president and Senior Consultant. Mr.
Bristol co-founded the firm's techniques with
Dr. Tomczak. He has consulted over 400
specialist practices in the past 20 years. We
believe he is the most experienced referral
consultant in the United States. |
